miscellaneous payments in NETSUITE !

Hey all ,

Could someone please advice me whats the best method to handle miscellaneous payments in netsuite ? (payments to vendors not maintained in the the systems )

in other epr's there is a option where u could just select the payment type as miscellaneous to make such payments .

but there is nothing like that  on NS , so wondering how this could be done ? should i just create a vendor and use that , or is there any better options ,

really appreciate if someone could advise me on this matter
