TAX Setup

I have a question and am pretty sure NS should be able to handle this , but could not figure it , what i need is ,

during purchase ,

there are 2 types of TAX ,

1.NBT 2%
2.VAT 12%

if the purchase cost is 100 , then with the NBT it should be 100 + 2 = 102 and the vat should be calculated for 102 * 12% ?

Can this be done ? Really Appreciate your help on this one plz
