Semi-Monthly T&M Billing Schedules

Our company bills its clients semi-monthly (the 15th and last day of each month). We are currently implementing NetSuite PSA, and most projects are Time & Materials.  Unfortunately NetSuite does not natively support a semi-monthly billing schedule. The workaround on standard billing types is that you can create a custom billing schedule for the "Standard" billing type, however when we choose a "Time & Materials" billing type, we cannot create a custom schedule. Does anyone else bill T&M semi-monthly, and if so, any thoughts on a solution to address?
