CA_LOS ANGELES Tax Groups

Hi,

My accounting department just switched to Netsuite and they're asking me why Los Angeles has so many identical tax groups:
[LIST]
[*]CA_LOS ANGELES CO_EMAR
[*]CA_LOS ANGELES CO_EMAR_0
[*]CA_LOS ANGELES CO_EMAR_1
[*]CA_LOS ANGELES CO_EMAR_2
[/LIST]
Does anyone know? Is there a limit to the number of city/zip codes one tax group can have so netsuite made 4 groups?
