Retainage on Construction Invoices

We're a new customer of NetSuite trying to enter invoices for our construction business. When we bill construction projects, we need to record retainage which is essentially a 10% holdback of the total that sits in our A/R until the project is complete and approved.  Is anyone else dealing with this? And if, so, how are you handling it?
