Replicating bill approval workflow (such as Bill.com) in NetSuite

We have been happy users of Bill.com for years and migrated to NetSuite from QB in Jan 2016.  We use Bill.com for all our USD-denominated bills. It has great features:
[LIST]
[*]Syncs with NetSuite (including bills from Purchase Orders)
[*]Integrates ACH payments
[*]Great mobile app where users can approve or reject a bill from their phone anywhere in the world
[*]An image of the bill is shown to approvers within the mobile app or on the Bill.com site so approvers have a better feeling of what the bill actually is for rather than just seeing a list of things
