Reverse Billing to Vendor based on time writing in NetSuite

Hi,

We would like to use the time recordings of contractors in NetSuite to generate/prepare payments to the Vendors of these contractors.
Instead of them sending invoices to us, which have to be checked against the time writing manually.

Any ideas how to do this?
