Advanced Revenue Management Convert Quote Problems

We use Opportunities and Quotes/Estimates in our front-end sales process. We have also implemented ARM for revenue management.

In some cases when we create quotes we see that Rev Rec Rules are not being populated. This occurs on some line items (not all). The items in question are properly set-up for ARM settings. We cannot determine why this is occurring. That is problem one.

The second problem is that when we convert quotes to Sales Orders the rev rec rules are not being populated for the items.

There is no documentation in the ARM user guide that speaks to the issue. It really doesn't even deal with Quotes & Estimates and their realtionship to ARM.
