RevRec Journals break Budget vs. Actual by Customer Report
We've imported out budgets for the last two years using all of the header fields (i.e., customer, item, class, location, department) which gave us really good visibility into our business when we were running on a cash basis. Last last year, we've converted over to accrual and are using NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Recognition module to recognize revenue on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, now budget vs. actual by customer is showing values for the budget, but actuals have zeroed out.
Any ideas on how we can get that report back? It seems like something we should easily have access to considering that customer detail is included in rev rec journal history lines.
