Customer Gratuity / Credit

Hi all,

Is there a feature in NetSuite that allows us to add good will monetary credit to a customer. Normally when we have a trading boo boo we offer an apology credit. It would be good to have this credit linked to the customer record that can be automatically or manually used against a future transaction.

I see Credits are an out of the box feature on the customer record. However, I believe this credit is more the buy now pay later type.
