Sales Orders and Server Suitescript

Hi,

I'm looking to create a some custom records once our Sales Orders are approved and enter the fulfillment queue, and I want to do this when accounting approves the order.  Will I be able to use a User Event script here when the Approve Sales Order button is clicked or orders are approved in the approval queue?
