nlapiSendEmail function

Hi,

nlapiSendEmail    used to work just fine.  Now I get this error:
SSS_AUTHOR_MUST_BE_EMPLOYEE

Why does the author have to be an employee?

Also, when I put in an employee email.  It still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
