Can I Auto-fill event record with Customer data?

When I click, "Schedule Event" from a Customer record, I would like the title and location to be populated with data from the customer record.

I've been trying to do this with CustomCode, but to no avail.  Has anyone done something similar, or does anyone have sample code that accesses the customer record?
