Make an Item behave like the Discount Line Item
When one uses the Discount line item, a dollar amount or percentage (plus or minus) can be entered and it will calculate an amount based on the line item (or subtotal) immediately above it.
I need to create a new Service line item that would behave in the same manor (i.e. enter a percentage and have it create the amount based on the line or subtotal immediately above it).
Does anyone have an example of a script that could accomplish this (and be applied to this new line item)?
P.S. I can't just "clone" and rename the Discount line item as I need to be able to pay commission on this line item.
