Execution time limits vs usage limits

Hi -

I've got a complicated script which takes care of a bunch of clean-up stuff when a SO is fulfilled.  However, I keep running up against the execution time limit, even though my usage is at 180.  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be consistent - if Netsuite's servers are running slow, then my script will time out, but if they're running snappy, then it's no problem since my usage is under the 300 limit. 

Are there any plans to increase that script execution time limit?
