Problem getting the Customer ID with auto-generated numbering
I have set up customers so that they have auto-generated numbers. As such the Customer ID gets broken down into two parts. I want to get at the number, how do I do that?
var customerID=currentRecord.getFieldValue('entityid');
This returns the value that shows in the Name ('altname') field.
It should return the value that shows in Customer ID ('entityid') field.
