Custom Code (Java Script) in Web Store

I customized the Sales Order Transaction form in NetSuite and added Custom Code (Java Script) that excutes when the Sales Order transaction is saved. This works okay in UI but it seems not work on the Web Store. I am using the same transaction form for web store orders and I set it under "Checkout" tab in the Set Up WebSite section of NetSuite.

My question is, will the Java script not excute when Orders are placed via the web store since UI and Web Store are both using the same customized Sales Order transaction form?

Any ideas are appreciated.
