How to Restrict Access to Scripts

How can we prevent all users except Admin, Full Access, and developer roles from viewing, changing, deleting, adding files in the SuiteScript folder while allowing the scripts to run in forms the restricted users use?

IOW, how to we manage SuiteScript security and access?
