nlapiScheduleScript usage

Is it possible to use the nlapiScheduleScript function from a scheduled script?  According to my understanding scheduled scripts should have admin permissions, yet when I run the scheduled scrip I received the following error:

Error: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION

You do not have privileges to perform this operation
