The Server SuiteScript Developer Guide says (page 13) that A SuiteScript API file for use with Eclipse is available for download from the SuiteScripts folder at Documents > Files > SuiteScripts.  The diagram on page 14 implies that the API file is named library.js.

I can't find that library.  Is it obsolete?  Has it been moved?  Where can I find this file?
