Is there one?  Where can I get hold of a copy?

would SuiteScript allow me to parse a Case subject and if it included a particular string, to set a custom field value on the Case originator's contact record then close the Case?

Want customer to be able to email in a case that defines whether they want to receive notice emails from Customer Support or not.
