Cannot submit Item Receipt with Landed Cost enabled

When I submit an existing Item Receipt in server scripting with Landed Cost enabled I'm receiving the following error:

Please enter values for Cost Allocation Method, Source, Source, Source

Looking at the results returned when the record is loaded I see that none of the Landed Cost fields are being returned by nlapiLoadRecord - I guess this is causing the problem.

Is this a known issue?
