How to give 'Server Scripts' permission to different roles?

Hi,

Can you please let me know how to give  'Server Scripts' permission to different roles?

I have a scheduled script and currently I can run this script only in Administrator role.
When I try to run this script from other roles.I get a message

"Permission Violation: You need the 'Server Scripts' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator"

I hope I need to enable some features for getting this permission.Any ideas?
