Estimate Form - Read Price Levels

I need to do a little validation on the Estimate form prior to adding a row to an estimate. Basically, I need to itirate through all the prices levels for a particular item and read the price level amount. Then under some circumstances, reject the row.

Does SuiteScript give us access to the Price Level record?
