Is it possible to generate a list of saved searches?

I would like to generate a select box with (some of my) saved searches in a suitelet page.

I can reference the saved searches by their id using the nlapiSearchRecord() function but are they accessible otherwise?

I need to let the user pick a saved search and then pull the id from it and use it with nlapiSearchRecord().
