How can a customer record be loaded from a Job record?
Is there some associated (FK-type) field like 'customerID' on the Job record? I am trying to gather data from a Job record (when a new Job is created) and also get two fields (customerID and customerName) from the associated Customer record. I would think that 'CustomerID' would be on the Job record, no? If so, I would like to know how to get customer name.
Here is what I am trying to do:
function WsCall() {
var currentRecord = nlapiGetNewRecord();
var xml = '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?><Deals><Deal>'
/*
Two (or at least 'customer name') customer fields must come from the customer record, correct?
