Set Job Resource using suitescript

Hello,

I'm looking for the correct netsuite field name/line name to set an employee as a Resource in a job. I want to do it automatically on a save record function from a script file on the Job form using a nlapiGetFieldValue('fieldname') or something similar. Anyone know the correct field name or line item name?
