Web Services or SuiteScripting in Netsuite Webstore?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use suitescripting via a portlet or somehow consume web services from a webpage created in the Netsuite hosted website?

If this is not possible has anyone tried hosting a wsdk site and a Netsuite site concurrently, forwarding users to the wsdk site for other features but have the ability to pass login sessions/cookies between the two?
