Transform PO to Item Receipt returns an Error

Hi, I have used an example from developers guide for purchase order to item receipt transformation and I always recieve this error.

Error: INVALID_INITIALIZE_REF

You can not initialize itemreceipt: invalid reference 1174428.

I have no reference to this error on documentation

Anyone have idea about what it's happening?
