Bulk Fulfillment Issues

I have a User Event Script that is triggered when an Item Fulfillment is created. The issue is with Bulk Fulfillment.The scenario goes like this:

I have two sales order that I have selected to bulk fulfill, however the user event script is triggered three times.

I have tested this with a various number of sales orders and it seems that the script is always triggered for the total number of sales order + 1. Is there a reason for this in NetSuite?
