How to SoapScope Configure with C#

Hi,
I have downloaded the SoapScope trial verison, now I need to configure it with .NET (C#). Actually I am using Netsuite Webservice to get the sales orders. Here I want to capture the Soap request and response.

Any help/comments will highly be appriciated.
