Populating the Company and Contact fields in a case
Hi,
I want the Company and Contact name to auto-populate in the custom case form. I've already managed to get the Company name to auto-populate, but the contact list (drop-down list) is empty. I think these two fields are tied together in that the contact list is filtered based on the company.
In any case, when I put the name of the company manually in the field on the case form, and then click on tab, it automatically populates the email and phone number fields, and the contact list is available for me to manually select the contact from the pull-down list.
