Wierd script error coming from NetSuite - case external forms
I entered a case (#670714) but have no response to this. Curious if others are running into the same thing.
We are getting complaints from customers who have logged into the customer center to *respond* to an open case. They've had no problem creating a new case and submitting, as well as viewing open cases. However, when they go to respond or update an existing case using one of the built-in external case forms, a weird netsuite generated script error occurs. It basically kills the ability to submit the form.
Here's the error in Firefox Error Console:
[Exception... "Component does not have requested interface when calling method: [nsIInterfaceRequestor::getInterface] nsresult: 0x80004002 (NS_NOINTERFACE) location: <unknown> data: no] -------- isOffline is not defined 0
