Any examples of populating addresses in a quote via sublists

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to populate a Shipping Address in a quote from a beforeLoad user event script.

I am getting the values through a URL being posted into NS and have all the individual address fields from the url parameters.

Now I need to:

1) Search the customer to see if that address exists (assuming Address Label Name = addr1).  If found use that sublist line.

2) Add a new address line into the Addressbook sublist if not found in step 1.

I found in the docs mention of the sublist API commands, but can't seem to pull it together when it comes to address fields.
