G'day

I'm very new to the entire javascript scene, so I was wondering if someone could do me a favor by posting an example of a script?

Specifically, I was hoping for an 'on submit' script for an online form, that sends an email notifying the email addy 'support@mint-wireless.com', as well as a second email (if possible) containing some of the fields populated by the end user.

Any ideas?
