Calculate net cost of support and Maint

Hi,

Does anyone have a script that calculates the cost of support and maint for a software quote?  This is typically 18% of the net software.

Example:
-Software Item 1 - $30
-Software Item 2 - $20
-Software Item 3 - $50
-Subtotal of Software - $100
-Volume Discount - 10% - $10
-Other Discount - 20% - $8
-Support & Maint of Net - 18% - $12.96
-Professional Serives - $50
-Training - $10
-Grand Total - $72.96
