Options in Item Kits and Item Groups
In a sales order, we select a product and then select from options for the product. For example, if the product is a widget and the options might be red, green, blue, etc… Since all our products are mass customized and contain multiple SKUs with many combinations of options, we need the kit feature. However, as soon as you build a kit, the option field no longer works. If we us the product groups as a work around, you cannot pre-define an option based on the Kit. Thus, the sales team do not have the skills to pick the right
