Permission to perform nlapiScheduleScript?

Hi,

I am getting this error message on one of my accounts:

Function: scheduleScript Error: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION You do not have privileges to perform this operation

I can't for the life of me figure out what permission that I need in my role to perform the schedule script function.

Please help!
