nlapiSendFax() issue
I have an issue with the nlapiSendFax function.
I'm trying to send a fax to a customer if the customer has a fax number and no email address.
When the script fires, it runs through with no errors.
The script calls the nlapiSendFax function and no errors are thrown.
The fax is placed on the message tab of the customer(recipient) and of the employee(sender).
The message is of type "fax".
The customer never receives the fax though.
When I send a fax to the same customer record using standard NetSuite fax
functionality, the fax is received within 30 seconds.
0
