Old Code Getting Run on some PC

Our account was upgraded to 2008 v2 a couple of days ago and one of our client-side scripts began failing. It was a small fix and I uploaded the new script, no big deal.

Out of the total 60 people using that form, 6 are are still experiencing the same error (same error message, same line number) as before we fixed the script. My first thought was that at cached version of the script was still on their PC so we cleared caches/history and rebooted. That did not help. It seems as though the old script is still sitting somewhere and being executed. I believe we have done everything available to make sure it is not the local PC. If it is not the PC, could it be one of the following?
