Context needed in System notes
I've accused my users of doing stupid things based on what I've seen in the System Notes only to find that it was a script that was doing the bad deeds. I have had the opposite happen as well.
What would clear the whole thing up is if there was a "context" column in the System notes. This would shed an incredible amount of light on things and really make tracking down problems much easier.
Imagine you see the same user changed a field back and forth 10 times in 1 day but you can see 2 of them were web services, 1 was in the UI and 7 were in a user event script.
