Javscript, you sneaky, "expressive" devil!
phew! I just found the source of a bug that has used up the better part of my day and I thought I would share here. I am miles away from a javascript master, but lately I have felt a little more comfortable with the language.
I've been encapsulating more and more functionality, using a lot of objects and multiple level inheritance. It's been interesting learning all the ways javascript can do things.
(I'm trying to sound positive, deep inside I still hate the language with a passion because it's so damn loose)
I wanted to paste some code and then point out the bug in case anyone else ever encounters this. I'm sure this will be super obvious to many of you, but for me it was not at all!
