Are disabled fields available on server-side before submit?
I seem to recall a while back that submitting a form with disabled fields would not submit those fields. I know there was discussion on correcting this but not sure if that was ever changed or not.
Relative to that, I routinely disable fields as part of client side workflow but may have made changes to those fields via client script, thus want to submit them for saving. To workaround the above issue, I would enable the fields during the save process. However, if there were any errors during the save process (e.g. a required field was not complete), then the fields now sat enabled to the user.
