UI Select list sourcing needed
When I create a normal List/Record custom field using the standard method in NetSuite, I have the option of:
List/Record: 'items'
Sourcing: item_field equal to 'blah'
The above allows me to create a custom dropdown list of items that only match the 'item_field' criteria.
I want to do the same when creating a select field using the UI Object class. However this seems to only provide the option of identifying the record type and no sourcing parameters. Thus I get a list of ALL items rather than just a subset of what I really want.
Is it not possible to force a subset criteria of a record type? If I can do it, then can someone tell me how? If I can't, are there plans to support?
