Possible to do Client-side?
I need to find a better way to handle merging customers - specifically when I merge customers I will set the Sales Rep based on our company's policies (and only the administrator can change this) but what is not changed is the sales rep on transactions. One early thought I've had is running a client side script to reset the Sales Rep on a given customer's transactions and tying that to the admin-only customer form.
However, it appears this might not be possible since nlapiSubmitRecord throws errors when I go to submit the transaction record. Any suggestions? This is what I have:
