DUP_CSTM_RCRD_ENTRY Error?
Hi, we have a user event script that run on after submit that use information from a sales order and create a custom record. The problem is that every time the script return this error:
DUP_CSTM_RCRD_ENTRY There is already a Custom Record Entry with that name
I have deleted and created the custom record 2 times with different ids for the custom record and custom fields, have included default name and removed it and still get the error via suitescript. But it works properly if we add the custom record via a standard custom record form.
Anyone have experienced this error before? Any ideas to avoid this error?
