nlapiSendEmail - you CANNOT use the scriptId for custom records
If you are sending emails (prob. faxes too) and want to attach the message to a custom record you should be aware that there is a bug or the help is incorrect - depends how you look at it.
recordType
(custom recordType internalId or scriptId)
records['recordtype'] = 'customrecord11';
You can't use a scriptId (e.g. customrecord11), doing so will throw the dreaded UNEXPECTED_ERROR.
While we're looking at that section of the help, I think "recordType" is confusing, it should be "recordtype" especially when you consider that passing an invalid key (e.g. "recordType") will result in the operation silently failing with an error or warning.
