Scheduled Script to Automate Credit Card charge

edited Dec 2, 2019 6:09PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

Is it possible to use a scheduled script to automate a credit card charge.

I have a saved search that gives the list of Cash Sales that needs to be charged.

In the Script, I am getting the creditcard details like credit card#, expiration date, payment method etc. from the customer record and update the cashsale and check the chargeit checkbox.

When the Script check the chargeit checkbox, it throws an error saying
"Credit card numbers must contain between 13 and 20 digits."
But the log shows that the ccnumber is updated with the number from the customer record.

If the chargeit checkbox is not checked, the creditcard details get saved in the Cash Sale.

Howdy, Stranger!
