Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

TaskLink for custom record
Can someone please tell me what the TASKLINK ID is to load a custom record default form for entry? I have tried every combination I can think of and just get back either invalid or javascript unexpected error thrown (real helpful).
The custom record is customrecord165. I want to redirect a user to a new record entry screen (loading the default form for that custom record). Thought it would be something simple.
The documentation gives me 'EDIT_CUST_' and nothing else. Do I tack on the ID to this, do I pass the custom record ID as the ID parameter. Needless to say I've tried everything I can think of with no success, so throw my arms up and hope someone else has already gone through the pain to figure it out.
