Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Hide a Price Level within the same Currency
Hello,
I've got a little issue regarding multiple pricing levels for the same currency. We have a number of price levels for US$ currencies that do not apply to all items on our price list.
As such, a request was made to hide all price levels that do not have pricing values entered for each Item record.
For example, products A, D, and E have special pricing for Customer X. We create a new Price Level called 'Special Pricing for Customer X'. So, products A, D, and E will have a base line level (for our standard customers) and another price level for the special pricing. However, products B, C, and F do not have special pricing and will therefore only have pricing values for base line. Yet, the additional Price Level (Special Pricing for Customer X) will show up within the product B's Item record.
